Currently: Master of Management and Leadership – Management University of Africa. Vincent is a transformational leader, has been involved in mentoring University and college students in Nairobi impacting them with the Leadership skills and ways to overcome challenges facing them in the ever changing world.

He believes that youths play a key role in the development of a country and investing in them is very critical for the survival of a country.

Vincent lectures foundation of Leadership at the Management University of Africa, A role which he administers with passion. In future, Vincent hopes to become a Member of Parliament and even a Head of state to advance the country economically, spark growth and create opportunities for all.
