60th Anniversary of Kenya's Diplomatic Journey Celebrations

During the 60th Anniversary of Kenya's Diplomatic Journey Celebrations,
Kenyatta University Chancellor Amb. Dr. Francis Kirimi Muthaura, MBS, EGH received a
Lifetime Achievement Award from the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for
Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, H.E. Dr. Musalia Mudavadi at KICC, for his immense
contribution to the Diplomatic and Public Service. "In the past we have tended to
recognize majority of people after their death but the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora
Affairs has seen it fit to recognize Kenyans who are making significant contribution in our
country’s development while they are still alive. Since Kenya's independence through the
Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, Kenya has flown her flag high. It is easily recognized
around the globe. On behalf of those who have received the recognition awards today, I want
