Education: Ph.D. in Leadership Development from Fuller School of Intercultural Studies, Pasadena, California.
He served as a Senior Civil Servant, followed by a ten year service to African Enterprise (AE) as the National Team Leader and Chairman of the Continental committee that planed leadership intervention in cities of Africa.
Currently he is regular part-time Lecturer at the National Defence College on Economic and International Affairs.
He is an Economics Consultant and a retired Senior lecturer/ Associate Director at the Institute of Diplomacy and International studies, University of Nairobi
Former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Transport (2003-2008).
He holds LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in International and Comparative Law from Strasbourg , France. He is a judge Emeritus of both the Kenyan court of appeal and the East African Court of Justice(Appellate Division). He is a Chartered Arbitrator and Accredited Mediator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London and a member of the Law society of Kenya.
